This is an OUT OF PROVINCE application for license or registration transfer. The undersigned is coming from another Canadian province and is applying for license or registration as (please select the appropriate membership level). The application in pdf form is available here and can be completed and sent along with the following information to registrar@nscdo.org.

A Letter of Good Standing from the College of the province you are moving from is required. If you are completing the online application you can attach an electronic copy of this requirement when completing your application.

Proof of employment and liability insurance are mandatory requirements.
